HCS (judicial) paper leak scam

The district court of Chandigarh on Friday dismissed the bail plea of Ayushi Godara, in the in the HCS (judicial) paper leak scam. Meanwhile, another accused, Kuldeep has moved bail plea in the Court.
Ayushi was arrested from the house of her one of the relatives in Jhajjar district by the SIT. Ayushi and the prime accused Sunita had stayed at a shrine in Sector 18.
The bail of Ayushi was rejected by the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Rajiv Goyal.
In the bail plea, the defense of Ayushi had stated that she has been falsely implicated in the case and since the chargesheet in the case has been filed. It was also pleaded that if she is granted bail then she will cooperate with the Police. However, the Chandigarh Police in reply opposed to the bail plea of Ayushi mentioning that the charges are yet to be framed in the case at present and the investigation in the case is still in progress, thus granting bail to the accused may hamper the evidences.
Thus after hearing the arguments of both the counsels, the court rejected the bail plea of Ayuhsi today.
Meanwhile, Kuldeep who is the brother of prime accused and beneficiary in the case, Sunita, has moved his bail application in the Court today, stating that he has been falsely implicated in the case.
The Court has issued notice to Chandigarh Police for reply and the matter will come for hearing on the next date i.e September 21. As per Police, Kuldeep was one of the agents who roped in candidates to whom leaked paper was provided.
